Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on the official Boutiki website. Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

2. Products

Our items are new, original, and accurately described to ensure a confident purchase. Photos and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes.

3. Orders

Once an order is placed on our website, the customer automatically receives a confirmation email. Our customer service team will then contact the customer by phone or via WhatsApp to confirm the details and delivery address.

4. Prices

All prices are listed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), taxes included. The displayed price is the final price the customer will pay upon delivery.

5. Delivery

• Delivery is available to all cities in Morocco through our partner courier companies.
• Delivery may be free or subject to a fee depending on the zone or current promotions (fees are clearly indicated at the time of ordering).
• Upon receipt, the customer has the right to open the package and inspect the order before paying.
• Payment is made in cash, directly to the delivery person (Cash on Delivery / COD).

6. Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided that items are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging). Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility depending on the reason for the exchange.

7. Payment

Payment is made exclusively upon delivery (cash on delivery). No online payment is required at the time of ordering.
